I arranged my move to my local storage store a month ago. Time and date arranged by email and over the phone. Sent an email the day before to confirm the move. The man and van never turned up. I contacted the person with whom I arranged the move and no response. After an hour, I sent another text to the person cancelling as a no show. I didn't receive a response to my confirmation email the day before either. I am baffled as the person I spoke to seemed genuine about taking this contract. As a business, the sheer disrespect and lack of courtesy is mindbogglingly. I am afraid I cannot recommend this company. Maybe others will have better luck.
